This question opens almost every UK interview and yet my answer always sounds scripted.nnA structure that works:n

  1. Who you are professionally (current role/degree and field)
  2. One or two relevant achievements or experiences
  3. Why you are here specifically (connect to this company/role)

nnWhat I am still struggling with:n

  • Making the transition to “why I am here” feel natural rather than mechanical
  • Calibrating the length — how much is too much?
